In this ongoing genocide, the Israeli occupation army wreaked havoc and destruction in the Gaza Strip, using a scorched earth policy, which resulted in the destruction of entire residential neighborhoods and the burning and bombing of public and service facilities, in addition to economic components such as markets and shops, and even the graves were not spared, and the scene of its horror seemed as if Gaza had suffered a devastating earthquake.

Since the beginning of the current genocidal war, ambulance and civil defense teams have recovered more than 36,500 martyrs, and thousands remain missing among the rubble of homes, reception centers, schools, and hospitals that were not spared from the bombing and destruction, and even the clinics, headquarters, and centers of the International Relief Agency were not spared from the Israeli war machine, in a clear violation by the fascist occupation government of humanitarian values and principles and norms of international humanitarian law, thus revealing a new scene of the genocide that has been ongoing against our Palestinian people for more than 76 years.

In light of these crimes, it has become clear to everyone that the Israeli occupation aims to make the Gaza Strip a disaster-ravaged area unfit for life and that it has not for a moment renounced attempts at forced displacement, along with the crime of ethnic cleansing it is committing by massacring and killing tens of thousands, starving and thirsting, and attacking the health system to make citizens lose health care centers and spread diseases and epidemics.

The continuous and unjustified international incapacity to stop the crime of genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip, by the occupation government and its partners who support it militarily and politically and justify its horrendous crimes, led by the United States, Germany, and Britain, makes them fully responsible for all these crimes.

International Requirement

• Call for the recognition of the State of Palestine.

• Recognition of the Palestine Liberation Organization as the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people.

• Recognition of the Palestinian people's right to fight for their freedom and the establishment of their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.

• Calling on peoples, countries, and free peoples of the world to intensify their movements in various fields to pressure the occupation and its partners, stop the ongoing genocide, and ensure the flow of aid, medical supplies, fuel, and humanitarian aid to reduce the famine we are currently suffering in Gaza.
